“When we first decided to sell our home last fall, we thought there was going to be a lot that needed to be done to make it worthy of what we wanted to get out of the home. Dan and his stager both came by and walked us through each room and discussed with us what was needed to update the home on our budget and how to present it to potential buyers for both the photos and for showings. We only ended up needing some minor improvements, which Dan actually completed some himself. Because of his remodeling background, we trusted his eye and skills to make the updates needed - he did not disappoint.
